Headaches

Fewer Headaches. Clearer Days.

Many everyday headaches are tied to tension and restricted motion in the neck and upper back. When that's the case, hands-on care can be part of the answer.

We start by understanding your pattern: when headaches show up, what they feel like, and what makes them better or worse. That tells us whether the neck is likely playing a role and whether chiropractic care is a good fit.

Care may include gentle adjustments, soft-tissue work for the neck and shoulders, and guidance on posture, hydration, sleep, and screen habits. If your headaches need a physician's evaluation, we'll say so and help you get there.

Common reasons people come in

  • Headaches that start at the base of the skull or behind the eyes
  • Tension across the shoulders that builds through the day
  • Headaches after long hours at a desk or screen
  • A history of neck stiffness alongside headaches

Common questions

Headaches: Common Questions

Can a chiropractor help with headaches?

For headaches connected to neck tension and restricted motion, chiropractic care is a reasonable conservative option. Dr. Fox assesses whether your headaches fit that pattern and recommends accordingly.

What about migraines?

Migraines are complex and often need a physician's care. Some people find that addressing neck tension helps as part of a broader plan. We'll be honest about what we can and can't help with.

When should I see a doctor instead?

A sudden severe headache, or a headache with fever, vision changes, weakness, or confusion, needs urgent medical attention. We screen for these signs at every visit and refer when needed.
